Puppet Sketchbook is a performance salon for puppet artists and other people who make perfomances, created and curated by Justin Perkins.
Participants respond on paper after each artist’s sharing- analytical writing, creative writing, questions, drawings, any kind of response is useful- and then use their responses to guide free-form discussion with the artists.
The inaugural event was held at The Painted Cloud in Williamsburg, BK on February 8th, 2020. Participants were Sam Jay Gold, Marlee Miller, and Ali Goss & Liz Oakley.
